Wi-Pics is a wireless network device that attaches to the any camera using a Compact Flash card slot. You wireless network router is easily established you can shoot straight away knowing that even if there is no network coverage your images can be stored on the Wi-Pics built in hard drive. As soon as network coverage is re-established your images will be sent to your computer or laptop. The Wi-Pics unit is the size of a portable CD player, and transmits using existing wireless network protocols (802.11 b/g). If you've already got a wireless network you can 'plug' this syste straight into it and start automating your workflow immediately. It doesn’t require you to modify any part of your camera and it comes complete with it’s own battery so it won’t degrade your camera’s performance in any way.
